Subscription and billing, in plain English.

We design, build, host, and maintain your website. The monthly subscription covers hosting, ongoing maintenance, software and security updates, and support from a real person when you need a change or something looks off. You are not buying a file and walking away; you are paying us to keep your site fast, secure, and working.

There are two charges: a one-time build fee for the rebuild, and a monthly subscription for everything after. Your first checkout charges both, plainly itemized at checkout so each line is visible before you pay. After that, the subscription renews monthly until you cancel.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store card numbers.

If we ever change your price, we will give you at least 30 days notice first, and the new price takes effect at your next renewal after that notice. No surprise increases mid-cycle.

The build fee is non-refundable once work begins, because the work is custom and starts right away. The free preview exists so you can see what you are getting before you spend anything.

You can cancel the subscription anytime, from your portal or by emailing us at support@koravu.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not issue partial-month refunds. Your site stays up through the end of that period.

First, we retry the charge. If it keeps failing, we email you so you can update your card. If it still is not resolved after a 30 day grace period, we may suspend the site, and eventually take it offline. We tell you before each of those steps; nothing disappears without warning.

Your content stays yours: your text, your images, your logo, your domain. If you leave, you can export your content and take it with you.

The site code and our design system are ours, licensed to you for as long as you subscribe. If you would rather own your site outright, ask us; we will quote you a buyout price.

Your signed service agreement is the agreement of record between us. If anything on this page conflicts with it, the signed agreement controls.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. We may update them as the business grows; when we do, we will post the updated version here with its date.
